Returns & Refunds

My aim is to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase. While I do not offer a full refund I do offer a store credit for the value of the product purchased. This credit is valid for 12 months from the original purchase date.

Things To Note - 

  • I don't have sales often therefore, sale items can not be refunded.

  • Goods need to be in AS NEW condition - undamaged with all tags attached and no sign of use.

  • All postage costs need to be covered by yourself - tracked postage is recommended as we can not be responsible for goods lost in transit

Faulty Goods

While I take the utmost care to make sure my products can withstand the use and last, if there is any default in my product from the manufacturing process within the first 30days of receiving your purchase please contact me to organise a replacement or store credit.

I will not take responsibility for poor handling or misuse on your behalf.
