TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Here at Horse and a Half I provide a service to you subject to the following conditions. When you shop through my website or in person you accept these conditions.

Shipping

​

All orders are shipped using Australia Post with orders shipped every Friday and Monday from Fernvale QLD, Australia.

​

Shipping Rates Australia

  • Flat Rate Post - $12

  • Flat Rate Express Post - $18

Free shipping for all orders over $150

​

Pickup is available by appointment only, located at 279 Fernvale Road Fairney View 4306 QLD.

All orders are shipped with tracking information and you will be notified via email and/or text message as to when you can expect your delivery and when it has been delivered. If you have for some reason not received your order but it says delivered, please contact Aust Post first.

I will not be held accountable for any lost or damaged packages.

Payments

​

All payments of goods can be made via all major credit/debit card holders, Visa, MasterCard and Amex.

Payments can also be made via bank transfer, these funds will need to be cleared before your items are made and shipped out.

I also accept payment via Afterpay, doing so you must adhere to their T&C's which can be found here https://www.afterpay.com/en-AU/terms-of-service

Returns & Refunds

​

My aim is to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase. While I do not offer a full refund I do offer a store credit for the value of the product purchased. This credit is valid for 12 months from the original purchase date.

I do not however accept returns on items you have changed your mind on.

Things To Note - 

  • Items sold on sales can not be refunded or credit issued.

  • Goods need to be in AS NEW condition - undamaged with all tags attached and no sign of use.

  • All postage costs need to be covered by yourself - tracked postage is recommended as we can not be responsible for goods lost in transit.

  • Any CUSTOM DESIGNED orders CAN NOT be returned, refunded or accepted for store credit.

Faulty Goods

​

While I take the utmost care to make sure my products can withstand the use and last, if there is any default in my product from the manufacturing process within the first 30days of receiving your purchase please contact me to organise a replacement or store credit.

I will not take responsibility for poor handling or misuse on your behalf.

​

Gift Cards

​

Gift cards can only be purchased and use online only and can not be used with any other offer. They are vaild for three years.
