Not at all. While Horse and a Half began with equestrian products, many customers use our bags and accessories for camping, travel, dog walking, everyday organisation and outdoor adventures.

Australian orders are dispatched within 4–7 business days. Each product is handmade to order so please allow for this crafting time. Once dispatched, delivery is typically 3–7 business days depending on your location. International orders (US, UK) allow 2–4 weeks including production.

Yes — we currently ship to the United States, United Kingdom, Ireland and other select countries. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout. All international orders include tracking.

Every Horse and a Half product is designed and handmade by me right here in Queensland, Australia.
Nothing is mass-produced or outsourced. When you order, you're supporting a small Australian maker who uses and tests every product on real rides.

Our bags are handmade using printed canvas exteriors, quality vinyl leather bases, waterproof linings, weather-resistant nylon zips, and rust-proof metal D-rings. Every component is chosen for durability in real riding conditions. Our tumblers are insulated metal with sublimation printing, and our tail tags are sublimation-printed metal.

Wipe clean with a damp cloth and mild soap. Do not machine wash or tumble dry. Leave in the sun to air dry. You can spray the exterior with fabric protector to help reduce dirt build up. Tumblers are hand wash only — no dishwasher, microwave or oven.

We accept returns on eligible items in accordance with Australian Consumer Law. Please refer to our Returns Policy for full details.

Every product is quality checked before it leaves us. If there's a manufacturing fault within 30 days of receiving your order, we'll make it right. As each item is handmade to order, we're unable to accept returns for change of mind. Custom design orders are non-refundable once production has begun.
