Shipping & Delivery
Every order is handmade by me here in Queensland, so please allow up to 5 business days for your order to be made before it heads your way. Once it's packed and ready, I'll get it out the door as quickly as I can!
All orders are shipped with Australia Post and include tracking — you'll receive an email notification once your order is on its way so you can follow it to your door.

A Note on Delivery
Once your order leaves my hands it's in Australia Post's care. If your tracking shows delivered but your order hasn't arrived, please contact Australia Post directly in the first instance with your tracking number. While I'm unable to take responsibility for packages lost or damaged in transit, I'll always do my best to help where I can.
